Amy while assisting all other board members with their duties as needed, is responsible for the organization and the guiding of the Ozark, MO chapter and it's activities. She is responsible for following and enforcing International MOMS Club® rules and regulations, acting as a liaison with other organizations, the community and the International MOMS Club®

Jen is responsible for assisting the president in fulfilling her duties as needed. When the president is not present or available, she also assumes her duties. She also will be in charge of organizing Service Projects to help our community and assist our Membership VP with her duties when needed.

Heather is responsible for taking minutes at meetings, gathering information and preparing monthly newsletter, composing written correspondence for the group as well as the organization of our monthly calendar.
 
Sara is responsible for promoting group membership and publicizing the group. She will assist the treasurer in collecting dues and the president in collecting membership/liability forms and will coordinate hospitality at meetings.
 
Sheryl is responsible for maintaining the group's funds, budget and financial records, working with the Membership VP in accounting for new members dues, as well as generate a financial report at least one time per year.
