MOMS Offering Moms Support®

Activities

We believe being a mother shouldn't isolate you, so you may bring your children with you to anything we do. You don't have to bring children to attend, but if you do, please remember, you are responsible for your child's safety and behavior.

Sometimes we may have a volunteer member watching the older children away from the mothers, but mostly we are all together, so you may want to bring some toys to share. Babies are always welcome to stay with their mothers, and you may nurse at our meetings. We're all mothers here and many of us have nursed our own children.

Some of our activities as MOMS Club® members are:

Monthly meetings

Monthly business discussion with speakers and other fun programs!

Outings
For mothers and their children to places such as the zoo, ice cream shops, orchards and more!

Family get-togethers
Around the holidays or just for fun throughout the year!

Playgroups
For infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-age children!

Activity groups
Like arts and crafts, story-times, bowling, park and picnic days or other special interests!

Helping Hands

Coordinates with the members of the club to help other Moms in times of need, such as support after the birth of a new baby, death in a family or recovering from an illness or injury. We help each other by dropping off meals for the family, helping with childcare, errands or light shopping, depending on the needs of the family.

MOMS Night Out

Usually dinner, movie, crafts or other interests done with other Mom's in the club in the evening. Children are welcome if need be.

Service projects

Helping the needy in our community, may it be children, families, elderly etc.

Birthday Bunch

A celebration every month for children in MOMS Club® that have a birthday in that month! Mothers of our birthday children help by bringing refreshments and a snack to enjoy such as cake, cup cakes or cookies. This is usually hosted at a member's home, park or any other festive party location! NO GIFTS. Your presence is your present!

Recipe Group

Yum! Yum! Moms bring a favorite dish to go with the months chosen theme. It's a great time to update that recipe book or even share an old family favorite.
